Privacy Policy

This policy covers the GameDay Lineup Android app (the "App"), published by New Mexico All Purpose LLC ("we," "us"). It explains what information the App collects, what it doesn't, and how to reach us with questions.
The short version
GameDay Lineup doesn't have user accounts, doesn't run ads or analytics, and doesn't collect personal information. It stores your IPTV playlist login details on your own device, encrypted, and uses them only to talk directly to the IPTV provider you chose. That's the core of it — the sections below go into more detail for completeness.
Information the App stores
IPTV playlist credentials. When you add a playlist (an Xtream-compatible IPTV service you already subscribe to), the App stores the server address, username, and password you provide. This is stored only on your device, encrypted at rest using Android's Keystore-backed encryption (AES-256) — never in plain text, and never uploaded to our servers. These credentials are used solely to connect directly from your device to your IPTV provider's own server, so your channels can load.
Information the App fetches, without sending anything personal
Sports schedule data. The App fetches publicly available game schedules and scores from ESPN and, for some sports, TheSportsDB, to match live games to your channels. These are one-way lookups of public sports data — no personal information, playlist details, or device identifiers are sent as part of these requests.
What we don't do
- No account creation or sign-in — the App has no login of its own, separate from your own IPTV provider's credentials.
- No advertising or ad-tracking SDKs of any kind.
- No analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or similar third-party trackers) in the public release.
- No access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or files — the App requests only internet access, nothing else.
- No selling or sharing of any information with data brokers or advertisers.
Third-party services
The App connects to services we don't operate and aren't responsible for the privacy practices of:
- Your IPTV provider — whichever Xtream-compatible service you subscribe to and configure in the App. Your credentials and viewing requests go directly to that provider; review their own privacy policy for how they handle your data.
- ESPN and TheSportsDB — used only to fetch public schedule information, as described above.
Data retention and deletion
Playlist credentials and any local cache live only on your device. Removing a playlist inside the App deletes its stored credentials; uninstalling the App removes all of its locally stored data. We don't hold a copy of your credentials on our end, so there's nothing further for us to delete on request.
Children's privacy
GameDay Lineup is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above and post the revised version at this same address.
